Doctor Fatima Social Welfare Organization (DFSWO) is a non-religious, outreach organization which believes in the universal laws of equality and non-discrimination on the basis of religion, race, gender and ethnicity.
It also believes in self-empowerment and contribution towards deprived communities and general population.
Our aims are to contribute in the context of early childhood education, climate awareness, Family Planning, mental & physical health, awareness on needs of special children, community health & hygiene awareness.
Initially, the organization has focused on early childhood education, under the name of Doctor Fatima Early Childhood Development System (DFECD). Till now, 14 community based schools have been opened in different regions of Gilgit- Baltistan, Pakistan with an overall strength of around thousand children.
DFSWO has distributed a large amount of useful material through charity in the community which include clothes, electronics, household utensils, blankets and shawls, shoes, books etc.
These items are basically provided by multiple donors and other individuals as an act of philanthropy.

DFSWO aims to provide international standard quality education on gross root level of the most neglected areas of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan.
• DFSWO intends to work in education by developing Early Child development Schools with the help of community, Government and Non-Governmental Institutions.
• To encourage children to develop self- confidence, and self-esteem and to feel valued as an individual.
• DFSWO aims to develop sharing and team work Attitude that the child learns to co-operate and share his/her belongings with others
• DFSWO promotes Community partnership to break the cycle of poverty.
• DFSWO Promote children's emotional social and psychological development through training of our Teachers and child parents.
• We Educate Parents about nutrition,health and hygiene and importance of bonding with children.
• DFSWO Provide digital technology to children, to familiarise them with thedigital world.
• We Focus to teach child, National (Urdu) and international (English) language.
